Friendly bar staff and atmosphere. Would drink here again
We haven't tried the food, good old school pub for a swift couple of pints. Pleasant staff and full of locals, some friendly some grumpy🤣 very cheap drinks
Service is friendly. Small but decent selection of beers. The pool table area is awesome... That's why we went. No food. Feels like a real local. A bit of a sad place, but still friendly.
I was out last week with my friends and family having a drink and there was this young chap behind the bar and he looking no older then 16 was shouting and screaming! And I must of been he’s mates who was also looking like they where under age! I really don’t know why or how they are hiring underage people I will be putting in a formal complaint! It used to be a lovely pub, I rarely come over to Tunbridge wells and I love the town but there’s been so much going on with youths misbehaving.
What an absolute dump, run by an inebriated 18 year old boy who threatened and abused a local punter in front of us when he didn’t give him a light, even though he explained that he was a non-smoker. A low class establishment that is definitely not recommended.
