Popped in after a long walk, before getting a bus for return journey. Great atmosphere in this ancient pub of outstanding character. Friendly staff and locals, roaring fire to warm by. Well worth the visit.
Great little village pub, nice beer service is excellent.
The drinks are a reasonable price at £4.00 a pint and looks nice an old traditional pub however the men’s toilets were not clean and the lock on the one cubicle was broken. I hope landlords will invest in the facilities as it is a beautiful pub.
This would be my dinking hole... Went in looking for food, however, they are not serving at the moment. Staff friendly, fire, pool table and dart board - I wish my local were this well equipped.
Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic value for money. I was blown away at just how good the Hogarth inn is.
