We stayed at the lydden bell for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant the first night. Food was delicious, service was friendly and room comfortable. (My one small comment is that the room was a bit cobwebby). Bus stop right outside and not far to Canterbury or Dover. Highly recommend!!
This was our first visit and will definitely return. Nice, warm and friendly ambience with a log-burner in use. Staff very friendly with an excellent level.of service despite being very busy. The menu was diverse and the standard of food very high. We stayed from 6.45 until closing - not noticing the time is a good indication of the relaxed and enjoyable time all 6 of us enjoyed.
The most adorable, quent little place. Rooms are self-contained cottages with all the comforts needed. Newly designed bath, extremly clean and well kept. Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast & dinner, served in the main house. Great food 👍 and atmosphere We were so impressed we stayed another night on our return. Thanks guys
This is one of my favourite places for lunch. The pub is located on the outskirts of the village with ample parking. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and there is a varied menu to choose from at very reasonable prices.
We booked a table for ten for a birthday 🥳 meal. The service was great and the food was lovely and everything came out together. Could not have had a better experience!! Between us all, we had everything off the menu and everything was very tasty 😋
