Great pub that used to be my local many years ago. Victoria is a lovely host and keeps the pub quirky whilst offering good well kept beers and various bar snacks. Only downside was the lack of people in the pub while we were there which is sad to see as it’s a nice place to drink.
If random AF pubs are your thing then this is place for you! I loved it quirkiness. Exotic items and artwork made it a unique pub. Worth a visit.
Brilliant country pub, good selection of real ales, lovely beer, good selection of spirits, lovely friendly barmaids to talk too. If you want a drink in a fine pub with a good atmosphere then you won't be disapointed here. Dor or night. A Great English Pub.
I grew up in farningham and went back after nearly 20 years away, a lot has changed but the Chequers maintains its soul unlike the place down the road. Proper pub, pub for locals, be friendly and start a conversation and watch the whole afternoon fly by.
Brilliant pub full of interesting decor &curios. Beer is very well kept. A very warm welcome from the staff. Will definitely call here when I am the area.
