We are a bar situated in Larkfield, Kent on New Hythe Lane with a lovely Indian Restaurant, If you’re looking for a fantastic evening or daytime then come along and have a good time!
L-shaped community pub close to Leybourne Lakes and nearby housing estates. Updated in recent years it now has a very pleasant feeling. Has TV screens showing sports. A small restaurant area serves excellent Indian meals and takeaways are available.

Good location by the Lakes, friendly service and decent pint of Guinness - had some good takeaways here too. Just a shame about the VERY noisy young children charging around completely unsupervised. Avoid between 3 and 6.
Have had the pleasure of playing here with two bands on a number of occasions, and it's is always very good. Clean, friendly pub with a good outdoor area, and friendly staff and locals
Highly recommended - they are one of the few places that help us every year to raise money for local good causes by raffling our Santas and Easter Eggs. Thanks from Malling Lions.
A dollop of confusion hit the senses as I entered, what I thought was, the Bricklayers Arms. I spoke to the staff on entering. “Excuse me, is this The Bricklayers Arms? I’m sure I saw a sign for The Spice Hut on a board outside!?” It was all made clear; the “restaurant”, the corner of the pub that has a few tables with cutlery placed on them is Spice Hut. From the start of the bar onwards is the pub. Forget what you saw on the online British food inspired menu. This is no longer served here. There are however a large selection of British Indian foods. I stayed and ordered. The food was standard affair, but the service was brilliant. Humble, no nonsense, perceptive and fast. The food was fresh and hot food piping hot. Good value, for your money you may get some savoury language thrown in for free from the bar area.
A very pleasant pub with a good atmosphere. Mainly local clientele with a quiz night, sport TV, excellent in house meals, curry night etc. Some live entertainment and of course Niall, who is a powerhouse of lively chat behind the bar and doubles as an accomplished singer.
