Slightly grubby with a smell of late night boozer. Beer tasted odd. Food is basic burger fare. Cheesy chips are covered in cold cheese sauce from a bottle, American spray cheese style. Not nice.
Good service, tasty food and good ambience for 80- 100 people gathering.
I won't rate this place much because I think it is an event venue and I just stopped for a drink. The beer was off, but the server was fine. It's directly under the flight path of Heathrow Airport so it's a tough gig.
GREAT place when it was a pub, and even better now you can stay
