The Great British Sunday Carvery
On each and every Sunday in The Jacobean Pub we will be holding a traditional Sunday Lunch served Carvery style.
Booking a table will not be required and the Carvery will be served from 12.00PM until 8:00PM.
Your choice of a 1, 2 or 3 Course meal will be available.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Good range of beers and lagers on draught. Meals came in good time and there was plenty. Festive pie was lovely. Only thing that was missing was a hand pull beer. But overall a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back.
Fun pub attached to the Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel with pretty good food and quality for the price you pay. The atmosphere is good. The staff is alright, but a little busy on the day we were here (I guess because of a bigger party connected to an event in one of their convention rooms?). All in all definitely a good stop on the road
Dropped in for lunch and can recommend the pie. The egg and chips were good too, no problem removing the gammon from the meal when we asked. Good service from people who know what to do right. Had a small lager but if I was looking for a good ale, I would have been disappointed today.
The food is really good here. The portions are large, too. It gets really busy so booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
We ordered two J2O's, a lime and soda, and an order of pork scratching and sat out on the patio. It was absolutely perfect. A nice view with quite surroundings and an occasional car.
