Large pub that doubles as a night club later in the evenings and can become very lively. Dance floors and sport TVs on both the spacious ground floor area and smaller mezzanine floor. The Outback theme is mainly reflected in the drinks on offer and the celebration of Australia Day. Doing real ale again March 2014.

Phoned to book a table for the Rugby, my Dad is disabled, they sorted us a table downstairs, even though heavily booked. Spot on service, nice one :-)
A place that never changes with the passing of time, but without doubt the busiest nightspot at weekend with late night party revellers. Part of its success will be down to its fantastic management, friendly staff and reasonable prices for late night partying. Very non-judgemental place. In down under Douglas.
Make sure you get the correct change back. They like to take your 20s and pretend they were 10s. Happened more than once.
