We came to have some food and a drink, we were amazed by the size and atmosphere of this place it is definitely historic and we had a seat and it was quite cosy. We have ordered trough the app and it was extremely fast the service, we had the drinks and a few minutes after the food came which was quite impressive. Although the service it was fast, we have ordered a couple of drinks after and the waitress who brought the drinks could’ve took the plates but unfortunately even that she looked at them she just delivered the drinks and left. We had the lasagna with pancetta and a side salad which it was a bit small the portion but it was delicious, also ordered the pepperoni pizza with extra jalapeños which be careful as it was extremely spicy, the pizza could have a bit more cheese in my opinion. The lady’s bathroom is just iconic, a mix of luxury with a touch of modernity and ancient style. Located right in the hearth of Wellington with extremely affordable prices is always a good choice.
Usual great wetherspoons experience. They just seem to get a great experience repeatedly! Very reasonably priced beer. Food was very good, steak was rare when we ordered a medium but nothing serious. What's not to like?
What a great find, travelled to Wellington for work and found this little gold mine when looking for breakfast. When I'm down this way will definitely be returning. Never before have I seen such a lovely ladies bathroom... So impressed I had to video it....😀
The mini cookie and the large one were delicious. The curry dish was also tasty, but the steak was not seasoned enough and the garlic bread pizza was extremely dry. Great service. Nice and quiet, very unusual posh toilets!
Amazing place. Probably one of the poshest spoons I've been to. Very nice interior, nice design and amazing staff. Very friendly and laid back. The food was always nice, prompt and hot. Would definitely recommend it 👌🏻
