Staying locally at Paull Holme Farm B&B who recommended the Humber Tavern for good food. Greet welcome from the landlord as soon as we arrived. Found a table and were seen to straight away. Food is great and massive portion sizes, all freshly cooked and at a very reasonable price. Landlord came around after for a little chat too. Would definitely come back if in the area again.
1st time been in here and the food was amazing. Think I had a whole cow in my sandwich 🥪 it was that full. Hubby had steak and mushroom pie said it was lovely and would definitely recommend. Staff was polite and very welcoming, Will definitely be back.
The Humber Tavern is a 16th century former bass Charrington pub. It has a good range of beers including two hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. There is a large bar with a dart board, and a separate room set out for dining. The pub has been altered over the years it was a few small cosy rooms now just two large rooms, the bar is dog friendly. There is a large outside seating area with panoramic views over the Humber. It's a nice pub worth a visit
Just had a lovely meal here, great Pub food with real chips. Very friendly service and reasonable prices too. Would thoroughly recommend. Great views over the river too.
Not been in a while, but went for a walk to Paull, the lady that served us had a bit of a Canadian/American accent, lovely staff she was very friendly and accommodating it was a weekday so on the quiet side but lovely pub overlooking the Humber, (you can sit outside and watch the Ferry onnan evening) Fish and Chips absolutely phenomenal great prices too. Love the place will definitely be back.
