We went tonight and tried the Christmas menu, as usual the staff were great and the food delicious! The portions are large so we ended up taking the Christmas puddings home as a takeaway. It’s really popular so book before you go, we tried to go last week and there was a 1 hour wait if you hadn’t booked a table.
Brilliant venue to eat. Great service/food with lovely waitresses. Topped at the end by a wonderful cake made by my daughter #raccoonskitchen ❤️
We were really impressed with our meal out at this harvester. The meals were delicious and really large. We got a starter too but regretted it as there was no need for it with the salad bowls and decent sized meals. The free refillable salad bowl was brilliant and the kids had a great time filling theirs. The desserts on the kids menu were incredible. Huge though.... Mummy had to help finish them!😂😍
We celebrated my grans 85th birthday here on a Sunday evening. The welcome we received from our host Dianne was very warm and friendly. We were seated at a lovely table in a secluded area looking out onto the garden which was great. The food was ordered and delivered in good time and I can't fault the quality of food nor the service we received. Dianne really stood out as an incredibly friendly, attentive and approachable waitress. She is an absolute asset to the restaurant and made our evening all the more enjoyable. All food consumed, pork belly, steaks, burgers, ribs were of a very good standard and cooked perfectly as requested so well done to the chef! Overall I wouldn't hesitate to return after such a great experience.
With a longish waiting time for both food and drinks we enjoyed the dishes. We booked a table ahead, hence it was the 40th anniversary of Harvester with all food on 20% discount. The waitress was apologetic about the waiting as they were superbusy. Great experience overall.
