We came back after a previous poor experience (see TripAdvisor). Ryan, pleasant as ever, had reserved a table for us in a quiet spot, as requested. Food was served in a timely manner. Whilst two portions of fish n chips were hot, my all day breakfast was, at best, lukewarm. Due to staff shortages, we weren't asked how things were until I'd nearly finished. Ryan apologised and kindly offered drinks or dessert by way of recompense. Unfortunately, I didn't want either, however, Ryan gave me a voucher for our next visit. I was satisfied with how he handled the issue and with the outcome.

A friendly staff with excellent service. First time we'd been for a while but quickly put at ease. A good choice of meals and what we chose was tasty and well presented.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Jo on Tuesday, the 17th, around 18:30, as I celebrated my grandparents' anniversary at your establishment. Jo's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately set the tone for our evening. They went above and beyond to make this celebration extra special. Jo's attentiveness, menu knowledge, and ability to enhance our dining experience were truly exceptional. In summary, Jo's dedication and genuine care made our celebration truly special. All the staff from front of house to bar and serving staff were excellent! The food was exceptionally cooked and the presentation was great. We will definitely be back. 100% satisfaction

Came in this Sunday for the Arsenal v United game. First time trying hop pole and was a good vibe to be in. Alex (the tall one) was very chatty and friendly. Made me and my pals feel very welcome and has persuaded us to come back for the next game. From perfectly poured pints to a stunning atmosphere, can’t go wrong. Will be returning, thanks Alex
