Hootananny is a traditional Scottish pub in the heart of the Inverness. Not only can you get fantastic Thai food and the best in locally produced ales from The Black Isle Brewery, a fine selection of malt whiskys, there is also live music every night from 9.30pm.

Mad Hatters

Open every Thurday at 9 pm, Friday and Saturday 9.30 till 3am Music starts around 9.30 pm on Thursdays and 10.30 pm Friday & Saturday, with a range of Rock, Ska and Indie, and not forgetting our DJ's following the bands every Friday and Saturday.

Really good Heggis neeps and tatties! Music is great and they have live music everyday from 20:30. Service is good :)

Didn’t have food, drinks reasonably priced, nice local beers too. The singer, Maria McAveety was AMAZING! Really recommend, good night out.

Ground level entry. Got inside, very open area, bar to the right. Some seats available. We went up in the loft area. Very good use of space. Music was just right.

I tried haggis and it was way better than I thought! The 2 servers working were very friendly. I tried 2 different Whitley Neill Gins tonight and both were great. We all loved our meals. We will be back and recommend you stop and give them a try.

First night in Inverness and we booked this place ages back. This was great because the 6 of us got a table up front near the band for the night, Tartan Paint. Excellent atmosphere. Food was ok.
