I had six guests from Romania and they absolutely loved the food. The staff are amazing and very friendly, we will be back, thank you for your hospitality. I can't say anything about the rooms as we didn't stay we will next time.
Stopped in here for dinner while staying in the area. It's a lovely local bar with great food and an insane whisky collection. Nice people and cozy atmosphere!
Appearances can be deceiving, none moreso than this pub. A Google recommendation and an excellent one to boot - the Highlander Inn pride themselves, quite rightly, on having an extensive range of whiskies from across Scotland and Japan, including quite a number of travel exclusives and local distillery collabs. We had a brilliant range of whiskies while we waiting for our dinner, several recommended by our waiter; all of them were delicious and very reasonably priced. Dinner was fantastic - the steak and the chicken burger are definitely recommended.

We had a lovely dinner at the Highlander Inn. We didn't indulge in their extensive whisky collection though were very impressed with their collection. The pies were to die for we were most impressed with the steak pie, it was perfectly cooked. Would reccomend booking in advance for dinner.
