Following the Clubs AGM on Wednesday 29th June we will need to hold a ballot as we have five nominations for three Committee member positions.
All fully paid up members of the Club are entitled to vote.
The ballot will take place across three consecutive days and will be overseen by the Clubs Trustees who will also act as scrutineers.
The ballot will be held on the following days
Friday 8th July between 7pm-9pm
Saturday 9th July between 7pm-9pm
Sunday 10th July between 12 noon - 2pm
The result will be posted in the Club. If you wish to vote for up to three candidates then please visit the Club between the times and dates posted above.
