Booked lunch here after an organised walk in the forest. We advised online we might be late and to our delight despite being even later than anticipated and acquiring an extra guest they still accommodated us. We had a lovely roast. My friend is allergic to molluscs and they were so brilliant checking ingredients etc. The two gents were fabulous but special thank you to our lovely waitress a petite blonde with a nose ring. She was so very attentive and professional. We left and said must write them a review that was great!! They are super dog friendly here too which makes life so much easier when you have 2.
Had lunch here. Absolutely brilliant meal. Had the Pork belly Roast, followed by the biscoff donuts (possibly the best donuts we have ever had!). Service was genuinely brilliant, staff super friendly and attentive. Made to feel extremely welcome with a dog! Some great walks from the pub. Will 100% be coming back!
It's one of our favourite pubs. Lovely location down a track and feels in the middle of nowhere. Track is suitable for most cars unless yours is especially low. Surrounded by lovely woods, streams, and open forest. Food has been really good the last couple of times. Service good. Always feels cosy and welcoming.
My partner, myself and our dog have just spent 3 nights over Christmas at the wonderful High Corner Inn, in Ringwood. We cannot praise Will and his team enough for their amazing hospitality and this fantastic hotel. We have a dog and stayed here for 1 night back in the summer and instantly knew that we wanted to return for Christmas. The location is fantastic with great walks to be had in all directions and ponies and donkeys roam around freely..... truly magical. The rooms are beautiful and done to a very high standard and the pub and food was incredible ( especially the eggs Florentine for breakfast). Would definitely recommend this place especially if you have a pampered pooch as it is so dog friendly and they'll love all the walkies nearby too.
We have come here many times with friends and family and can’t compliment it enough. Gorgeous setting inside and out, lovely garden and playground for kids…great service, food, and drink. It manages to feel like a getaway while really only being about 30 mins from central Bournemouth. A real new forest hidden gem :) can’t wait to come back and we’d love to stay overnight as their rooms look lovely!
