About us

Our menu offers two styles of barbecue. Our specially imported ‘Ole Hickory’ Southern-style smokers cook our ribs, pork and brisket low ‘n’ slow for up to 16 hours. The ‘Over the Coals’ section of the menu is cooked – as you’d expect – over sizzling hot coals. Both styles create unbelievably tender, delicious meat and fish.

We are open from 11:30am on Monday – Thursday.

Open 9am Friday – Sunday.
