The Verulam Arms featured on this week's Countryfile with Richard and George showing presenter Sean their famous foraging skills. The team then headed back to the pub to make some wild cocktail bitters from the foraged herbs, roots, barks and mushrooms. George also cooked and served up a delicious platter of foraged delights including several kinds of locally-hunted deer and a tasty bright green mash.
