I came here for a family members birthday meal and it wasn't very pleasing, the table was for 14 people and was put in a walkway where other tables needed to walk to get through. It was very busy which I understand, but after the salad and bread rolls the dirty plates wasn't cleared away before they bought out the starters and the main course the table still wasn't cleared from all the dirty dishes. The food wasn't hot it was cold my 2 year old sons burger was cold he didn't eat it, my gammon steak I had was cold and partly not cooked. I would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends, and as for the chefs in the kitchen did not have hairnets on I was appalled by this.
Every piece of cutlery, plate and glassware were covered in dried on food. My glass had pink lipstick on the rim from the previous user. I was simply astonished at the lack of care or cleanliness. Staff seemed disinterested when made aware. The above put me off my food which wasn’t great to begin with. I should have cooked at home.
Food was cold apart from the chips ,plates were not heated no during meal service like is the food ok ,very disappointing the Stevenage one is much better.
Waitress Priscilla was professional yet friendly. nothing was too much trouble. I had to take an important phone call as my food was served, Priscilla took it back to the kitchen to keep warm. On my return, she told me that if it was not warm enough, they would cook fresh. Fantastic customer service. 👏 just to add, I did not ask for fresh food, I ate what I needed. Beautiful Fish and Chips.
Nice place to have a decent & fresh meal, close to the airport. I recommend the fresh salads and the patatas bravas dirty fries. I don’t recommend the alcoholic beverages, you can’t feel any taste, because it’s too much ice and the amount of spirits and other ingredients is not enough.
