A happy find. Dog friendly, lovely staff. All our food was fresh and hot. Definitely happy to recommend.
Previous visit here was in 2021. What a transformation! We are not usually fans of a carvery, however the offering here was really very good. From our first contact with the staff, through to our meal and afterwards, everything was top drawer. The meats for the carvery were plentiful and the veg hot. A cheery welcome from Katie the bar person, our dog was also made welcome. Spik and span, good beer and cider selection and lovely staff. So glad we decided to give it another go. The new management are changing things for the better here, hope they succeed. We will definitely return. Thank you.
Fantastic venue, very warm welcoming and cosy... food is all lovely and great choice on the menus.. the new land lady has certainly brought this lovely pub back to life well done. Its once again our local after many years.. well done
A great pub with a nice selection of food and really friendly staff. There is a great outdoor seating area with an outdoor pool table, you can spend an entire afternoon here enjoying the warm weather and not want to leave.
Looking for something to eat and stumbled across this venue by chance. What a find, the staff very friendly and accomodating, found us a table for four and we found the quality of the food excellent. The food portions were all large portions and well presented. The venue felt very welcoming and if ever passing would definitely place this on my stop for a meal.
