Lovely pub, one of the best in Wakey, always a great selection of beer, friendly staff and regulars. Cosy open fire in the winter months too. Always enjoy my visits
Popped in on way from Westgate station. Lovely to sit out on the decking, in the sun, watching trains drift by. Staff were friendly. Beer choice was decent and beer quality good. I opted for Mill Valley ‘Black Panther’ and Ashover Brewery ‘light mild’ Recommended .
Great little pub in the heart of Wakefield City Centre. Real ales in very fine form and friendly staff.
