Lovely club staff was very friendly went on sad circumstances to a wake will definitely visit again
One of the friendliest clubs in the Midlands, everyone is really members and helpful plus the choice of ales is outstanding, the entertainmen is off the scale, I had an accident whilst playing there, I fell from the stage breaking my left humerus (upper arm bone) in 4 places and the members looked after me unconditionally

I booked here for my son's 1st Birthday Party, upon booking I asked if I'd be able to have a bouncy castle up outside for the kids and was told yes, that would be no problem as they've had them there before. However upon arrival I was told that I couldn't have the castle outside as I'd planned as the area had been booked out for another party with a singer so it would be unfair to them (even though the bouncy castle was noted on my booking form) but was told that the kids would still be able to go out and use the play area if they wanted to. Although, during the party one of the children went out to try and use the play area and was told they were not allowed and needed to leave and came back in upset... luckily the Bouncy Castle man was very accommodating and was able to put a different smaller castle inside the room. The main reason I booked Harrisons was for the outdoor play area, so the older children would be able to run around outside and play on the castle, while the babies and smaller kids could stay inside and play in the ballpool and soft play on the dance floor area and all the kids could sit on the soft play matts when the Animal Man came. Instead we had to try and shove the bouncy castle out the way when he arrived, which was ok but it wasnt ideal. My son spent most of the day cranky and crying as he doesn't like to be picked up and held for too long but because all children were confined to one space it was difficult to leave him to the soft play area for too long as the older children were all being normal kids, running about and playing in the little space that was available. I wouldn't be as dramatic to say 'it ruined the day' as it certainly didn't we all had a lovely day. However, it did spoil it and put a bit of a downer on it for me. Which is a shame, as I spent alot of time, effort and money on the day. I don't think the staff were that bothered about my situation and feel they were way more bothered about the other party being annoyed or inconvenienced (maybe they were a club member Idk) even though I was also inconvenienced too and had paid extra to have an upgraded castle with a slide attached. Overall my friends and family knew no different and had a great time, but I myself was left feeling disappointed. I wanted to have my son sat with me for the Animal Man and experience interacting with all the animals but because he had been crying so much he'd fell to sleep so missed it all which was sad. The bar prices were very fair and the space good with the ajoining room with snooker tables for the food... but if like me you were interested in booking this venue for the outdoor area I would make sure you overly specify or pay extra for that when booking.
We love partying here perfect for your children's parties. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. Also look out for family events happening throughout the year a great club where all are welcome.
