Small but perfectly formed village pub, with a roaring, welcoming fireplace
Unfriendly staff. Came in for a drink after a walk. Ordered a house red and was given the single serve bottle. No glass offered. I asked for a glass and bar man rolled eyes before reaching behind bar for one. Most of the tables had reserved stickers on. I walked into seating area and a lady member of staff pointed at table and shouted ‘reserved’ even though it was 3 and food service wasn’t for another 3 hours or so. It’s a shame but seems from reviews it’s a locals place..
Gorgeous pub, very small but so quaint and cute. Nice selection of alcohol and not too expensive. There is parking at the front and down by the marshes literally 2 minute walk. There is a garden at the back with tables and a large tent/marquee with more tables inside. Also tables at the front where the marshes are with a lovely view. They take card payment and staff are friendly. It is also dog friendly too!
Lovely pub great for walkers and food very reasonable but also very nice and great service and very friendly regulars and staff
A lovely homely pub with a great location nestling just yards from the Neston "beach" now grassed over. A nice selection of real ales on offer, beautifully served. A good range of simple meals and desserts. Excellent toilets very clean and well maintained, an example to all drinking establishments. Three outdoor seating locations, by the front door, on the grass verge overlooking the Dee, or in the well kept beer garden. Wish it was my local. Brilliant place well worth the difficulty of finding it. 19 Quayside, Little Neston. CH64 0TB.
