There are two bars both with open fires and a relaxed atmosphere. The pub also has an large, attractive garden complete with a range of children's play equipment. There is a heated smoking area and lots of space to relax in the fine weather.
The Hare and Hounds serves Brakspear's Real Ales, ciders and lagers. We also have a range of wines, spirits and non-alcoholic lager and soft drinks.

I had Sunday lunch at the hare and hound it was absolutely delicious homemade food lovely afternoon with friends I would highly recommend this pub my desert was awesome too

Lovely gluten free food with a great choice for coeliacs and vegans alike. The food is both homemade and homegrown and it makes such a difference to the taste and quality, the portion sizes were also very generous. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area!
