The place is ridiculous! We were celebrating my friend's 23rd bday and they didn't let us in because she had too many bags (presents). Now I understand everything but I know that they let a 13 year old girl in just because she paid an additional £100. I feel disgusted and very sorry for them... the music is not even that nice.
We attended a work Christmas due and the atmosphere was great but I misplaced my coat and couldn't find it. On the following day I sent a message on their lost property website. Ben was so kind and very helpful and he did everything to find it. Once he found it, he posted my coat back to me at free of charge. Thank you very much Ben. Very much appreciated.
Overall very good very busy on a saturday night, long queue at the bar, decent music, fairly clean in and out, one of the guys from the door staff wasnt polite but other than that i recommend it.
Had drinks reservation for our Christmas party a few weeks ago. Venue was great, but misplaced my jacket there, as did a colleague and have submitted various lost property requests on their website, have emailed them and tried to call on numerous times but have not heard a thing back in reply. Phone line has auto-response and cuts off each time. Would appreciate a call!
Simply love this hidden place. Drinks are expensive as it would be for any club but weekdays entry is free, making it a good place to hangout after drinks at local pubs.
