Whether you’re after a quiet drink on an otherwise boring afternoon, or a night of awesome metal and rock tunes, The Deco is the place to be. With reasonably priced drinks, including some great offers, as well as fabulous pint cocktails and events happening pretty much every night of the week, there’s something for everyone.
Open between 12pm and 12am seven days a week we offer a great selection of drinks, including real ales, ciders and soft drinks. On top of that we have great bar snacks including monster munch (pickled onion, nom), biltong, pretzel pieces, pig and nuts.
Join us on one of our weekly nights of fun! From the ever-popular quiz every Sunday, plus the DJ nights in between, there’s always something going on.
Popular with students, locals and like minded regulars that are pretty much part of the furniture, you’re bound to feel right at home.

Good choice of interesting drinks, as well as a highly regarded brewery on tap. Classic metal cymbals on the walls really gives it a Hard Rock cafe atmosphere
Popped in Saturday night. Had a great time. A good inclusive atmosphere. Skews towards Heavy Metal which is great if that's your thing. Looking forward to my next visit.
Great little pub with alt music and a variety of drink choices. Place also has fun game nights if board games / retro consoles take your fancy.
Unprofessional. Kick people out for no reason if they don't like the look of you. They just say your too drunk after 1 beer. Watch out for the manager. Use to be favourite hang out now always stressfull. No reasoning with security or bar staff. Very disappointing having to leave my friends behind...all in all very bad experience.. Sorry but the truth!
Awesome Viking themed metal/rock bar, delicious drink selection for a great price and plays good music, a tad on the loud side but still able to have a conversation. Cool decor and really friendly and chill staff, we had a great time!
