Can't fault the pilgrim inn. Food delicious breakfast fantastic and staff amazing. Rooms are well appointed and luxurious. 1 nigh stay but would return.
I booked a table at this restaurant for a surprise 70th birthday. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and made the evening very special, even joining in when we sung happy birthday. The hotel room was lovely and breakfast the next morning finished the weekend perfectly. A big thank you to all the staff at The Pilgrim Inn.
Didn't stay, visited pub for dinner, can see why the place is popular. Staff were great, attentive to customers & apologetic when they didn't have the wine we ordered in stock (but had a suitable alternative, so all good!). Reasonable menu and great quality food.
Had dinner here on a Thursday evening. What the menu lacked in choices it made up for in quality. Everyone had something different and we all enjoyed the food. Ordered at the bar and it all came out together. Reasonably priced drinks also.
Lovely inn with atmosphere. Food good and reasonably priced. Slow service let's it down a bit. We used it pre cruise for 14 days parking which was a very reasonable £5 per night, much cheaper than many other hotels.
