Real spit and sawdust vibe. Feel like it's a missed opportunity to be a lovely venue with outdoor space.. but maybe they don't want to attract tourists. Food on Sunday only

Really nice original pub, Great for a home-made roast dinner, also does a fantastic breakfast from 9am until 11am. Dogs are also welcome in this pub, real ales served too, Highly recommend this pub for all the family.
Sorry to say, the take away roast lunch we ordered came freezing cold & very expensive. Advertising at £7.50 & we got charged £17 for 2. (One being a child’s portion) very disappointed. We have visited and dined in on a Sunday and it’s been lovely. Won’t be ordering take away again.
