Barn like pub venue for Fullers beers, British food and a large patio garden for up to 60 people.
With a large patio garden that seats up to 60 guests, Cams Mill is without doubt the best pub in Fareham for soaking up the summer sun. This historic place is the perfect place to enjoy real log fires, warming winter ales and delicious and freshly cooked food.
Was here for 2 events in 3 days. First works Christmas dinner, we were well looked after and the food was excellent. Well cooked vegetables, which I often find to be an issue at Christmas events. Friendly service, clean and seasonal decorations. The second event was a family lunch for 20, again the food and portions were excellent . Service was brilliant, we were early arriving and it was very cold outside, so they allowed us in with my disabled Mum to keep warm as the rest of the family arrived. I would highly recommend Cams Mill for food, family and just a good evening out. The big hamper of games in the bar is great with the family.
Find really tasty had the steak pie served with parsnips, cabbage , carrot and mash. Delicious my husband had the sea bass.
The trout dish didn't come with any potatoes or vegetables included, had to buy these separately. The lemon tart was very nice
Great place, good food, plenty of space and parking and dog friendly apart from the restaurant area but great value for money. Good portion sizes too. Friendly and helpful staff.
The first time I visited, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The food was average and is over priced, paid £6.50 for a pint and had the pie of the day which was steak and ale. The sticky chicken wings were alright, spicy and quite big. Not sure if I would be returning any time soon.
