Just dropped in fa Sunday Lunch Really not what it was 😞 The soup needed heating up The Dinner was ok veg etc made it but the beef really could have been better. Would love to have seen behind the scenes. Some of the young staff need to concentrate more on detail. A little better guidance would help.
We were at Hallgarth for the wake after a friend's funeral. The room was ideal with burgers and veggie sausage Sandwiches once the family arrived, then we toasted our departed friend with Prosecco. An ideal venue for the occasion.
Myself & the wife "Paul & Liz" had a fantastic stay at this fine establishment once again, I would like THANK YOU Margret who was on the front desk for being so very helpful once again & also rest staff was absolutely brilliant along with a great breakfast on each & every morning & the location was perfect Would definitely recommend the Hallgarth Manor. Thanks once again Margret & all the staff
Stayed here for one night and it's over priced couldnt sleep as all I could hear was the room next door talking and there television. Breakfast was orfull as no chef and said continental breakfast but all it was was bread ,cheese, and orfull coffee £125.00 per night. Please read this before you book over priced and noisey rooms
I enjoyed staying at this hotel with wonderful views, friendly staff, and exceptionally clean. Coming back in future on our trips up to Edinburgh and visit relatives. A wedding photographers paradise for photographs.
