We had a wonderful experience here at The Hadley Hotel. Not only was it stylish, comfortable and very clean, but the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We were in transit so needed to stay somewhere between check out and our next destination. The staff welcomed us to stay in their comfortable lounge area all day and took great care of us. Highly recommended 👌
Service is excellent but the room was a bit dirty- the carpet in our room was filthy and the kettle is dangerous, very hot to touch the handle after it’s boiled. The blind on the only window in the room cannot be pulled down or up. The emergency green light is too bright at night. The bedding was stained. So overall I think cleanliness and maintenance required. Breakfast is great and coffee is nice. Good value for money though and parking is easy on the road or in the car park. Thank you!
Great all round experience from start to finish. Lovely room (room 3), incredibly amenable and accommodating staff and great food - we had breakfast and evening meals there. Great range of choices all round. Free parking, safe area, excellent additional food options walkable nearby. Highly recommended!
Friendly service from staff but room was in a terrible condition. Thick dust on every surface, no mattress or pillow protector but sheets and pillowcases were clean. Toilet cistern took at least 20 minutes to refill. cracked air vent, black mould in bathroom Very large wardrobe door unsafe. It should be hanging on 4 hinges but only 2 were attached. Air con not working properly, carpet covered in dirt and fluff, not been vacuumed. Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch.
Moving mountains burger at Karen's diner was pretty good. The staff were a lot of fun and up for a laugh they were great. Be aware of lots of swearing and jokes not for people who are really sensitive. We had a great time!
