Had my daughter's 30th birthday dinner. 12 people and service was fantastic. Food was great. Two of the ladies there in my opinion went above and beyond, my daughter had a great meal with family that she (and all of us) thoroughly enjoyed
Good atmosphere, nice place, good food, good service, and go to place for good dine and chat with friends and family. See most people for all age brackets dining and having fun eating.
We had our first meal for several years at The Gynsills. There was a very large and varied choice on the menu and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. My wife ordered the beer battered cod and it was the all day breakfast for me. The food arrived quickly and there was plenty of it. We enjoyed what we had but for one thing - it was not as hot as we would have liked. For my wife the cod was OK but the chips were barely warm and the peas were cold. Mine was generally just about warm. A shame because had it been just a bit warmer we would have been very happy. On the way out we had a look at the carvery and that did look worth trying on a future visit.
I love the Carvery here. It has beautiful sitting area. Outside is perfect on a nice sunny day. The staff is helping and they hv some really good menus. Today I had tried toast with avocado mash and poached eggs. It was nicely done and presented. Definitely recommended.
Good service and fair food. Typical pub food menu with carvery. Carvery is hit and miss depending how busy it is but it’s a good cheap option locally. Staff are very friendly - shout out to Rebecca who was particularly friendly and helpful. We go here quite regularly and are satisfied every time
