Very outdated might consider cleaning sheets get the blood stains off but staff was friendly
Travelled from Cornwall and found this lovely pub. Pamala, Brian and Luke welcomed us with open arms. If you like a lovely atmosphere, great locals and delicious pints, come to this pub!
Not sure why it says real ale is served here because it isn’t Just walked 20 mins in the snow from my hotel to here and the only thing that could be described as ale is Worthington Smooth flow Not worth the cold and wet Oh and it stinks of cigarettes
A typical local , not a bad place to have a chilled out drink . Good selection too . The beer garden is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by .
Outstanding boozer this. Working away in the area and this place was an amazing find. No frills local estate pub, every person I spoke to in here was friendly and welcoming. Decent pint too, next time I am in Wales I will be calling in.
