We have been supplying good beer and good cheer for over 150 years. We thrive on being a “Proper Pub” with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We offer a full range of traditional pub activities; Monday folk acoustic night, Ladies Darts Thursdays, Live band every Friday, Open Mic on the 2nd Saturday of the month and Pub Quiz on Sunday nights.
We serve a variety of Home cooked meals throughout the week. We hold themed food nights, this allows us to produce high quality meals at a reasonable price. Freshly prepared Pizzas on Tuesday and Fridays, Curries made from Scratch on Wednesdays and Steak Night on Thursdays. We can cater for a variety of occasions from birthdays, weddings, funerals or anniversaries with simple nibbles to a full hot and cold buffet.

Friendly pub with beautiful view and great wines. The rolls are huge and delicious. Have only visited during the day so far but looking forward to trying some of the evening food options and watching the live music. Very dog friendly.
Just popped in for a half on a walk friendly little pub. Will try pop back for some food some time seemed a nice enough place
First time here on Thursday steak night. Great cosy pub with friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for great food at a fair price for what you get. Will be back for curry night next time.
Myself and my partner really enjoyed going to this pub. But after tonight's episode I don't think we'll be going back. Rugby was on but there were a few individuals who spoilt our visit. Drunken loud mouthed fools who constantly used bad language. Who were old enough to know better. I think the place has lost its way.
Fantastic food, great atmosphere and an all round brilliant pub. Rhys and the team are very welcoming. They have pizza night on Tuesdays and Fridays, curry night on Wednesdays and steak night on Thursdays and it's an absolute bargain.
