The food was okay, but the service was extremely poor. Give my friend the wrong drink, he had burger, c chips was cold and uncooked. I had a liquor coffee and they forgot to bring it out to me. I had to ask twice, it was supposed to be for our wedding anniversary meal disappointed
very nice pub/restaurant that is definitely dog friendly, we only had 2 starters but they were both very nice, the warm sausage roll and chutney was very filling but very good value for the money, the staff were attentive and very friendly
The Guinness Arms is a beautiful old pub which has been renovated to a very high standard. The food is exceptional and the staff are ever better, the epitome of excellent customer service. You won’t go wrong with the haddock and chips, highly recommend.
First time visiting! And will definitely be back! Great food, lovely interior. We booked last minute and had such a lovely set up in the bar. My only critique would be to have Carrots & Parsnips with the roast, but that’s just me :-)
Had dinner here last week with a group of friends and had a great time. The decor inside is lovely, just love it! The food was phenomenal. I had the swordfish dish and cleaned my plate. So so good! I had the sticky pudding for dessert and it was also delicious. I loved everything about this place and plan to bring my family so we can try the carvery.
