Spending the night here was lovely, we booked a room for 1 night and had food in the restaurant downstairs as well. The food was amazing with a really good range of different options. There was live music as well which really added to the atmosphere of the evening. The rooms themselves were cosy and clean with tea and coffee amenities included. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and will definitely be staying again in the future!
Had a wedding and the place was amazing and food was outstanding .... the staff were amazing, and customer service was exemplary........... this is a very underrated pub ... if i lived close,I would be in here every day for dinner..... thank you so much for everything ❤️
We enjoyed a very delicious lunch here. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Plenty of choice and good prices too. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a nice lunch.
Absolutely love this place!! Prices are so much better than expected!! We tried 2 sides and an main, and the bangers and mash were so good!! Loved the gravy!! The atmosphere is very laid back and the servers were so nice and helpful! Answered all our questions with a smile. We even asked to see one of the rooms (thought of staying there sounded great) and they were happy to show us one not being used so we could see it. How nice is that! We are getting married in a year and will be recommending here for a place to stay!
Had a long lunch on holiday, The food was okay and a normal price of around £14 a meal. The staff made us feel very welcome and fitted us in a booth in the bar. Which felt comfortable and chilled. 🍺 also had a play ground out back which was nice 👍
