First time ive set foot in here in 30 years only the name has changed nice friendly place for a drink not a place to take a first date
Large busy(sat aft) no thrills city centre pub near the bus station. Inexpensive drinks, tvs with selection of sports, pool table, dart board etc. The lack of any cask ales is a letdown though.
Amazing boozer with a great atmosphere. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Occasional live entertainment, of which was mesmerising to hear and see on my visit. Will definitely be going back.
The drinks here are super cheap, however there's a general lack of selection. Atmospherically the pub does need an overhaul but it's a great place with welcoming staff and customers alike.
