Staff great,good pub to watch sports can get a bit wild
Wet only pub recently refurbished drinks not over the top and served quick for a Saturday
It has recently been refurbished and stopped serving food. I must say it's a lot better now. It's fantastic for watching football as there are many televisions. The only downside is that they only had one bar staff serving on a busy Saturday afternoon.
Great for watching sports but don't expect to get a drink during footy games, needs more staff!!!
Lovely New Decor, Great Low Prices and Friendly Staff. Children and Dog Friendly Pub! Also Great for Sports.. TVs Everywhere! :) Plus Weekly Entertainment with a Quiz and Card Bingo!

Until c1994, the older part of this site had been the well-known Stag and Pheasant. Built in 1912, it replaced a long-standing pub of the same name which had traded on this corner site since the early 1800s.
