Roast was delicious, if a little pricey (£31 for the beef), waitress was very nice however whole experience ruined by a very large party next to us, standing up, congregating and meeting and greeting right next to our table. They were basically using the place like a private room. The noise was unbearable. I did raise this during service and at the end asked for a discount as a gesture of goodwill. The manager refused so we had to withhold the service, which was a shame as the waitress was nice. I think the manager dealt with it very badly particularly for a large pub chain. Really didn't care about our experience. Won't be going back!

It was a wedding in their function room on the first floor. Very easy to get to from Baker Street tube. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the food was very tasty and plentiful. We moved to the bar downstairs after the wedding breakfast and the atmosphere was cosy and warm. All in all a great little venue!

ONLY REVIEWING THE RESTAURANT: I went there with my office team for a Xmas lunch. Very cosy and the interiors were finely decorated. The place was busy but not overwhelming, very good located, probably less than 5 mins from marble arch station. Food was very tasty and the portions, especially the mains, were worth the price (I had the battered fish,) and seasoned to perfection. Service was good, the Italian girl (sorry didn't ask the name) was always around. The starters order was delayed, but they explained it was due to the order system malfunction, all sorted in due course. Thank you guys

Great location for me as close to the office. Rooms are above the dining areas, but I've never had any disruption due to noise. Cosy rooms, lovely toiletries, good water pressure and fluffy towels!

Highly recommend for great food and service. In fact the food was so good I forgot to take any photos! We had a very good five hour lunch with our friends without any hassle to hand back our table. (To be fair we did drink a lot of wine which as you’d reasonably expect was quite costly especially with a 15% gratuity on top - which in the circumstances we were ok with).
