The Marquis of Granby a great pub with food, great ales, sports including live rugby, beer garden and music in Stevenage. There’s something for everyone including great food and drinks, live music events, a wonderful garden and a beautiful restaurant for family dining.
Our bar is well stocked with everything from Cask Ales to cocktails . We also offer a good range of gins, plus some great whiskies, rums and a selection of fine wines. There are also some great low alcohol and soft drink choices and a choice of quality coffees and a great tea selection.
We also serve a great range of snack bowls, topped seasoned fries and sharing platters to enjoy. Our darts team is the envy of the county and we have some great local players and are very active in local leagues.
We serve good home cooked pub fayre and it’s always great value and quality. Our menu is family friendly and includes steaks, burgers, fish and chips and sandwiches and we also serve an excellent Sunday lunch, we can get busy on a weekend so please book a table to be sure although, we will always do our best to find a table! In the warmer months the pub has an excellent garden and outside area to enjoy sunshine days and great quality food and refreshing drinks.

Lovely pub, good beer. Made to feel very welcome. Cannot comment on food as I did not eat whilst there.
My husband and I had fish and chips tonight, it was absolutely amazing, fresh fish home made batter and the food was piping hot , would definitely recommend it , also the management and staff are so friendly and welcoming, will definitely be going back soon xxx
Nice staff. Friendly and attentive. Beer was clean and fresh food was reasonable for a pub. Better than average. Nice outside seating area. Easy parking.
Christmas lunch with work colleagues and some very hot and tasty food served up. Friendly staff and cozy feel. Not sure the mobile phone connected to the speaker system was the best choice of DJ. Christmas songs with the odd interruption of message tone on offer.
