Food over priced, poor service, Quality of food was a Nightmare, fish smelling of fuel and very hard, jollof rice burnt, plantain over ripe! My money is crying! Wont recommend this restaurant , but if you want to waste your money then fine. Had to try and force myself to eat after a long drive coming to this restaurant.
Hey, you guys have to invite me back there cos I didn't finish enjoying myself. This is the night out place or night club where most Ghanaians meet. If was newly released Ghanaian songs, make a date with the house Dj this weekend....
I enjoyed my visit, we had a table booked for a birthday celebration, service was okay wanted to tell him to keep his head up king!! No need to be afraid! The food was good, kelewele and peanuts, yam balls, had fufu and light soup as my main and it was large but verrry expensive for what it was. £17!! Was nicely decorated in the garden but upstairs was a bit lacking I can't say I didn't get the runs after my meal and then again with my leftovers... Was delicious but not sure its worth the risk?
It could have been better. The kebabs were really hard, and the tilapia I ordered was so dry. It seemed like it had been reheated so many times. Same for the fried yams. I did enjoy the red and black pepper sauce with the pork.
They provide homely authentic food that tastes nice, but the service is slow and uncoordinated. If they want to attract non-Ghanaians, think about what would delight a customer. If you focus on service / delivery, the place will be full.
