Back in July. What a pleasant convivial evening in the bar of this lovely little hotel after a run up to Welshpool on the train, and being introduced to Monty's beers, one of which is called Monty's Sunshine! Remember him. World class clarinettist with Chris Barber!
We went in for a meal, as there is a lovely pud downstairs and it was really nice. The chap behind the bar was lovely and the food was great. Really recommend stopping in for lunch if your in the area. Well priced and comfy place too eat
Lovely cosy pub great beer good food. Wife had scampi and chip's, I had the ham eggs and chips very nice indeed. Excellent service and with a smile 😁 very reasonable prices too . Good selection of food on the menu. Shall definitely go again. 👍
