We offer traditional pub fair served with great brewed Wadworth Beers such as 6X and Swordfish, you will find we offer delicious home cooked food, real ales, a variety of wines and something for all the family.

Brilliant pub by the river with an open fire , which on a chilly day was very welcome. By far, the best fish I have ever had, the batter was so fresh and crispy, and the fish was large. Not a pre-cooked, thin, and re-heated bit like other places. The lady serving us was friendly and came back to check if our food was good. Went as a group of 6, and the speed of the food arriving was spot on. 100% recommend
We (group of 4) had a festive meal at the Fleet and it was a fantastic experience. The service was great, the food was excellent and good value. It was a memorable evening - compliments to the chef and the rest of the staff. Thank you!
Stayed here last night, lovely room overlooking the river and a fantastic breakfast this morning. A very friendly pub with good beer and wine along with great food that is more than pub food. It is very dog friendly as well, will definitely stay again when visiting the area.
This is a wonderful place for an event. The food is very good, the beer (Butcombe) is well kept. And the venue itself is marvellous – picture-perfect setting on the banks of the Avon, in the beautiful village of Twyning. They have an extensive terrace going down to the river, with paved, covered and lawn areas and plenty of outdoor seating. It is dog-friendly and they have good car parking too.
Fantastic meal on a Friday night. Staff very welcoming, friendly and professiona. Dog friendly pub. Sat us at a suitable table for dog (although friends then didn't bring dog!!!! :D) Superb service. Food quality excellent. Thank you very much. We will be back!
