A lovely stay in a well presented historic hotel. Its located in a prime location in Tewkesbury. The staff were friendly and our room was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
Tudor House Hotel is an old established hotel but the rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. We had a room which had an overheating problem but the very competent manager moved us to the best room in the hotel. The staff were polite, efficient and friendly. The food was satisfactory and adequate.
This old, atmospheric hotel has occupied the site for hundreds of years but is fitted out to an amazingly high standard. Our room was low ceilinged with wonderfully bowed oak beams, but was warm, cosy and quiet. We ate a superb meal in the restaurant the evening we arrived, served by polite, knowledgable staff who knew all about the dishes and what was in them. Parking at the back is limited, but easily accessible from the main road. We loved our stay and will continue to visit other hotels in the Coaching Inn chain, all of which have been great so far.
Historical building which has been modernised to a very high standard but maintained the feel of the past. Five star soft furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Very modern large shower, great bathroom fittings. The food in the restaurant was very good, cooked to a high standard, and a varied menu with British classics.
Excellent hotel in a building with lots of history. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space (but we did splash out a bit for it). It's in an ideal spot for exploring Tewkesbury. Decor was very well finished and the en-suite up to date in styling with a discreet soft light for night-time visits so you don't wake each other up. Breakfast was a good range of choice and the staff helpful and friendly.
