A beautiful, traditional 15th century pub located in the historic town of Tewkesbury.
Children and pets welcome. Wheelchair access (sorry, no disabled WC).
We're open every day from 10am.
Traditional tutor surroundings. Friendly locals. Nice ale on tap.
Very nice little pub. Better atmosphere in the front than the back. Cute little alley area to the side.
Lovely historic pub with great atmosphere, very nice selection of excellent real ales in tip top condition; on the night I went in, they were serving 'mulled wine' which was also very nice too. Very friendly staff and landlord (with good sense of humour) and a 'real fire', not forgetting the pub dog.... excellent!!
Lovely charming traditional pub filled with character and with a good atmosphere. Decent selection of real ales and drinks, welcoming hosts & friendly staff, and an attractive frontage the owners have created to this historic building. Real open fire adds to the cosy atmosphere, highly recommended to visit for that traditional British pub experience.
A nicely decorated, friendly pub. A good choice of drinks, especially real ales. The lady behind the bar was pleasant and quick to wipe down tables etc. after customers had left.
