Place is okay, cleanliness needs some work, tables were sticky and uncleaned vomit in the men’s washroom. The drinks were decently priced, I did however catch a stomach bug and tested positive for covid after coming here. That’s probably not the fault of this establishment, I had a good time at least.
Was in nearby doing laundry on a Sunday and stopped by for a pint waiting on the dry cycle. Great pub and owner (Ean) was good conversation. He’s been more places in America than I have living there. Left with a bottle of Jack Daniels as a keepsake. Cheers to the Globe Hotel!
We are out-of-towners who just needed somewhere to kill of couple of hours. The globe didn't disappoint. Lovely pint, warm atmosphere and friendly locals and staff. Thanks 👍👍👍
Same old as normal, great beer no food but will be the No1 in darts, lounge is kushty & nearly ready. Ian the owner has done a fantastic job & def deserves credit for taking the bar to another level. JohnG.
