Waitress was so polite and helpful. Customer service was excellent and the carvey was so tasty. I got so much meat, really good portion.
Nice place and the staff at the bar and waiters/waitresses very friendly. The only thing that let it down was me and mum had a carvery and we went to get our meat. The guy asked us if we wanted a Yorkshire pudding. We love Yorkshire puddings and they had these massive lovely looking warm ones on display but instead of serving us those he gave us a Yorkshire pudding each about 3cm in diameter and they were cold. He seemed a little grumpy and looked a bit fed up so we didn't make a fuss but I think everyone should be given the same because the guy behind us got 2 really nice looking big ones!!! I think he needs to improve customer service. But other than that the dinner was lovely.
Absolutey perfect in every respect, breakfast was huge, asked our preference as to how we would like it cooked, service spot on. 100% all round.
It was quite quiet there it was too hot to eat, so we had the chicken and bacon salad. The carvery looked delicious and seemed to be selling well. We also had a sharing sundae for dessert. It was too much for me but hubby ate the rest.
Had an absolutely amazing time at the Princess Party this afternoon. Such friendly staff, can’t do enough for you and they are all amazing with children. They really enjoyed the food, cooked and presented lovely. The party bags were 10/10 , including a free play pass, amazing! Food & drinks were a very reasonable price, I had a hot chocolate which was delicious. Will definitely return here again
