Great room, newly refurbished and wonderful breakfast and evening meal
Warm friendly pub, with a good selection of ales and wine. The food was superb can’t fault the other than the Lemon cheese cake took an hammering, I was too late 🙁 lol. The only negative was not too bad. It’s a dog friendly pub seems all the locals are dog lovers 😊. All the dogs were well behaved 👍
Fabulous old coach house pub smack in the village. Beautiful and clean inside, very traditional with a good arrange of drinks. The food is top end at a reasonable price. This place is the best out of the three pubs in the area. A must visit.... and return.
We were staying nearby and was told by our host that it did really good food, so we booked an evening meal for myself, my husband and my 15 year old daughter. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Our starter and main meal arrived quickly and were good sized portions and very tasty. We also ordered desserts, which were really yummy! Highly recommended!
Great little find hidden in a village. Beautiful area train station not to far away. The bedrooms are very clean and beds are comfy. The food is very nice and they altered the evening menu for me as I have an eating disorder.. Breakfast is served 8, 30 till 9.00am we had scrambled eggs with mushrooms, and tomatoes my husband added bacon, served with toast. Nice and hot and fresh. Owners make you feel very welcome *****
