2 hours iv been waiting for my food to come and its still not here tryed ringing the shop no answer disgusting that there cant ring me now I cant get a dinner couse everywhere closed
Had a large group of people eat last night including my fussy children. The food was amazon especially for the price. We travelled all the way uo from plymouth and I hadn't had a parmo since new-year and left fat and full the parmo was amazin and the garlic sauce was perfect. Also didnt have 1 complain from my children. Thank you so much to our server who I've forgotten his name but was extremely freindly yet professional. Thank you George pub and grill for a stress free evening. 6 stars in my opinion.
Ordered delivery through just eat. Don't ignore the bad reviews. First time ordering from here and will not be doing so again and advise others not to either. If you like to wait hours for cold poor food and service then this is the place for you. Our food took 3 hours from ordering to delivery. Rang up to see where our food was and we were told our order was ready and they were waiting for a driver, half an hour later still no food so rang back, we were told the food had just come out of the kitchen and the driver was just on his way out of the door with it. Eventually when the food did arrive. 1 meal was missing, 1 meal had the wrong meat and 2 sides were missing. Following this 2 of the dinners had string off the meat in them. Rang to complain , the staff didn't sound to bothered (probably use to it) was told to go through just eat for a refund. The complaints and bad reviews are obviously not affecting them as it seems to be an ongoing issue and as long as people keep ordering nothing is going to change.
Food was great, very much enjoyed my first parmo. We went on a Friday night and wasn't too busy. The tables were very close together though, would definitely reccomend to the owner to reconfigure the space so people aren't so close, it was to the point where it was a little uncomfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
I was lucky enough to win a parmo on one of their lives and paid for a second for my husband. It's the best parmo we've had. Tasty chicken, crispy coating, just the right amount of bechamel sauce and plenty of liquid cheese on the top. Chips were tasty with a nice seasoning. Salad was fresh, garlic sauce not very garlicky, but tasty all the same. Highly recommend.
