Jackie served us today and we was really pleased. She was very caring and made sure we had all we needed and kept checking on us. Thank you again :) food was superb empty plates and that's quite rare as I find restaurants have gotten really bad but definitely a lovely place to eat.
Visited this harvester on Christmas Day, which we have never done before so was slightly anxious about how it was going to be, but it was absolutely amazing the whole procedure from booking To attending was outstanding. The atmosphere on the day was brilliant We was extremely impressed in how many staff members were working so the service provided was so good by everyone. The food was amazing We could not fault any part of the meal at all. We had an Asian male for our server and he was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the whole experience unforgettable He is a credit to your Team We had to make some slight adjustments to the menu beforehand, but these were all catered for without any fuss. We were not rushed at all, and the gaps in between all courses were perfectly timed. We will definitely be attending again next year for Christmas Day, dinner. Thank you Harvester You did yourself proud And made our Christmas Day, perfect.
it's incredible how long we had to wait both to be seated and to order, in the end we had to take the food home because we ran out of time, we won't be going back again, my curiosity is why you don't hire more staff at such a time moreover on Saturday because this is the problem three people cannot wait for three rooms with around 6-7 tables and also seat new customers who have arrived I think you have to organize yourself better
Food was really good but as a wheelchair user had booked a table to be told sorry would you mind sitting at the bar didn't mind that but it was very cold. Then went to the disabled toilet was a chiller so cold freezing and looked derelict video to follow
Had Sunday lunch here. We were 15mins late but we managed to keep Our spot. Was packed but we were attended to really well. Shout out to Miriam who was amazing on the get go 👏🏽. Brilliant staff and the food was on time. Disabled access which catered for my group well. Thank you for the great service guys. 👏🏽🫰🏼
